摘要
采用随机双盲对照法观察了红景天胶囊与绞股蓝胶囊治疗中医虚证１６０例（气血两虚及脾肾两虚）的临床疗效，结果表明：红景天胶囊治疗组显效率为５４％，总有效率为８７％，与绞股蓝胶囊对照组比较，其疗效有高度统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。红景天胶囊有确切的升高血红蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶及皮质醇的作用，同时能降低过氧化脂质，表明该药物具有益气生血、保护细胞免受损伤、延缓和防止细胞衰老的作用。
The random double-blind contrast method were adopted to observe the effectiveness of Radix Rhodiolee capsule and Gynostemma pentaphylla capsule to 160 cases of asthenia-syndrome (deficiency of both vital energy and blood or asthenia of both spleen and kidney ). The results showed that the markedly effective rate was 54% , the general effective rate was 87% and there was a high statistically difference between the two groups in their effect (P<0.01 or 0.05). Meanwhile, the result also showed that Radix Rhodiolee capsule had the exact function of rising the hematochrome, high density lipoprotein (HDL) , Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and cortisol and it caould debase the amount of lipofuscin peroxide in blood. It was suggested that Radix Rhodiolee capsule had the function of supplement the vital energy and promote the production of blood blood, protecting cell and delying cell aging.
