他汀类药物在急性冠脉综合征中的应用及其进展 被引量：16

摘要 所谓他汀类药物为一大类其英文词尾均为-statin的药物统称，如洛伐他汀、辛伐他汀、氟伐他汀、普伐他汀、阿托伐他汀等，其化学名称为：3-羟基3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶（HMGCOA还原酶）抑制剂。HMG-COA还原酶是胆固醇合成代谢中的关键性限速酶，而他汀类药正是竞争性抑制该酶的作用，使肝内胆固醇合成减少，血中浓度降低，触发肝脏低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）受体的表达增加，
