摘要
采用工业纯原料和水冷铜模真空吸铸法研制了尺寸为75mm×10mm×1mm的Cu60Zr30Ti10块状非晶合金,用YAG激光束扫描合金表面,采用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜及显微硬度计分别研究了熔覆区的微观组织和不同深度的显微硬度。结果表明,激光处理后块状非晶合金在基体以上形成了两层新的组织,其中位于中间的、厚约200μm的第二层的硬度、耐蚀性均比原来基体有非常明显的改善,显微硬度(HV)达到了872·5。
The Cu60Zr30Ti10 bulk amorphous alloy with the size of 75mm in length,10 mm in width and 1mm in height has been prepared with commercial pure materials by water cooled copper mold vacuum casting.The surface of the amorphous alloy was cladded by YAG laser beam,and the microstructure and micro-hardness of the alloy in the cladded zone have been observed by X-ray diffracto-meter,optical microscope and micro-hardness meter at different depths.The results show that two-layer new microstructure can be formed in the bulk amorphous alloy after laser cladding,in which the hardness and corrosion resistance of the second layer in the middle with the thickness of about 200 μm are evidently superior to those of the matrix,reaching HV872.5 in micro-hardness.
