摘要
为了提高大型设备的管理效率和使用效率,结合该校强度与振动中心微纳米力学实验室的教学、设备管理及开放服务等特点,对如何提高大型仪器设备的使用率提出了持证上岗新机制,拟定了培训制度、许可责任书以及监督管理细则。此机制的实施及完善将有利于促进实验室大型设备的开放服务,实现资源的有效共享。
In order to improve the managing and utilizing efficiency of the large equipment, the on-duty-with-the- certificate mechanism was established, integrating the characteristic of our laboratory＇s class teaching, device managing and opening service. It also formulated the training system, the responsibility permission and the supervision regulation. As the mechanism＇s practicing and perfecting, it will promote the opening service of large laboratory equipment, then actualize the effective sharing of resources.
