摘要
从项目管理的基本特点和职能出发，针对高职院校传统实验室开放管理过程中存在的问题，提出将项目管理模式引入实验室开放管理并分析其可行性，总结了新的管理模式在实验室开放中的实施办法及其初步成效。
According to the characteristic and function of project management, aimed at the problems existing in the course of opening laboratory management in higher vocational colleges, put forward the project management model introduced opening laboratory management and analysised its possibilities, summarized implementary method and elementary effect.
