摘要
新技术、新发展迫切需要高校实验室管理体制和管理方法改革创新,需要打破实验室自我封闭的独立性框架,建立一种新型的“大学科”实验室管理机制和“宽口径”通用平台,使不同层次的实验室有效开放。
Application of new techniques and new developments in managerial system and management method of universities＇ laboratory have brought about further invention and reform. People urgently demand that universities break through the self-sealing individual frame of laboratory while a new laboratory managerial mechanism and passable platform should be set up and the different level of laboratorys should be opened to the public effectively.
