摘要 β-内酰胺类抗生素临床应用十分广泛,但过敏反应发生率居各类药物之首。青霉素类抗生素的主要抗原决定簇是由青霉噻唑酰基团与大分子结合所形成的,大多数青霉素类抗生素因具有此结构而被认为它们之间存在交叉过敏反应,但越来越多的证据显示青霉素分子的其他部位也可以诱导免疫反应。侧链结构在β-内酰胺类抗生素过敏机制的作用越来越受到重视。 β- lactam antibiotics are broadly used in clinic, but its occurrence rate of allergy occupies the first place among various drugs. The main antigenic determinant in β-lactam antibiotics is formed by the combination of beta- lactam ring, named bezylpenicilloyl, with large molecule. Due to this structure in the most of penicillin antibiotics, the cross allergic reactions exist among this kind of drugs. However, more and more evidences demonstrate that the other parts of penicillin molecule may induce the immunologic reaction. The increasing attention is paid to the effect of side- chain structure on allergic mechanism of penicillins antibiotics.
