摘要
本文分析了我国农村经济改革与发展 ,导致农村剩余劳动力产生的必然性及其外流动向 ,并从小城镇建设。
The present paper analyses the reform and development of our rural economy and, as its inevitabie consequence, the outward flow of surplus rural labour force. Some general principles and measures are suggested in respect of the construction of small towns, the rational shifting of surplus labour and the improvement of its quality.
