摘要
农业劳动力老龄化是制约农业可持续发展和国民经济整体水平的提高。解决和实现农村劳动力老龄化向年轻化转变是有利于农业生产率水平的提高,稳定国民经济各部门均衡健康发展的基础。
The problem of rural ageing labor force is one of factors that restrict the sustainable agricultural growth and the overall national economic performance. To solve the problem of rural ageing labor force will be beneficial to the increase of agricultural productivity and be elementary to stabilize the balanced and healthy development of national economic sectors.
