摘要
提出了一个对传统线性疲劳累积损伤理论的修正方案,使低于疲劳极限的应力对疲劳损伤有一定贡献且呈非线性减少。实际零件的分级程序载荷试验表明。
A modified non linear fatigue cumulative damage law is developed in this paper to improve the accuracy of service life estimation. Those stresses below endurance limit should be taken into specific account for their lot of cycles among cumulative frequency distribution. Low stresses will cause crack propagation when macroscopic crack size arrives at threshold value. The lower the stresses, the lower the crack propagation rate. So, proposed cumulative damage law is non linear under σ -1 . A practical fatigue test indicates this law is applicable to evaluating service life of a kind of component which bears lot of lower load cycles and posses longer service life.
