摘要
以在汽车设计制造领域占有主导地位的三维计算机辅助设计软件CATIA为平台,将人机工程学理论与计算机辅助设计技术相结合,建立了具有中国人体尺寸特征的三维数字化人体模型,实现了以人体尺寸驱动进行空间设计的方法,进行了汽车内部人机空间CAD系统的初步构架,并利用CATIA的人体姿态分析模块对该系统进行了检测,证明了其正确性和实用性。
3D digital manikin with Chinese body size was established by combining human machine engineering and CAD technology, and applying CATIA 3D CAD software which was predominant software in automobile manufacturing. Automobile internal space design method with human body size driving was built and the CAD system was constructed. Human body posture analyzing module of CATIA was applied to test the system. The results showed that the system is correct and practicable.
