摘要
以矮化率作为烯效唑浸种效果的评价标准,结果表明:以100mg/L浓度的烯效哇浸种36h,35~25℃之间的浸种温度对烯效唑浸种的效果基本上没有影响,20℃的浸种效果略低于25℃,但统计上来达到显著水平,15℃的浸种效果明显低于25℃,两者差异达极显著水平,延长浸种时间达48h可明显加强低温下的浸种效果。强氯精无论预浸、后浸,还是与烯效唑混合浸种,都严重影响烯效唑的浸种效果,加大烯效唑的浸种浓度也无效,因此,烯效唑不宜与强氯精同时使用。
With shortening rate as the indication of the effect of S-3307 on soaking rice seed,theexperiment resuIt showed that there was no difference in the result of soaking seed with S-3307 with a concentration of 100 mg/L at the temperature between 25℃and 35℃,the soak-ing effect at 20℃ was a little weaker than that at 25 ℃, statistically significant.The soakingeffect at 15 ℃ was much weaker than that at 25℃and was statistically significant.Prolongingsoaking time reinfOrced the soaking effect at low temperature,strong-chloride detracted theeffect of S-3307 on soaking seed significally,even in the condition of high S-3307 concentra-tion. So strong-chloride should’t mix with S-3307 when used in soaking seed.
