摘要
本文回顾了近年来各种不同的年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)的实验模型。其中应用最广泛的是激光诱导脉络膜新生血管的形成(CNV),即渗出性AMD的晚期阶段。其它模型有的以本病不同病理表现为基础,如地图样萎缩,drusen形成;有的以引起病变的不同影响因素为基础,如年龄,光线,高脂饮食等。我们希望这篇综述能为研究者们选择合适的AMD模型起到一定参考作用。
This article reviews different experimental models of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) used in recent studies. The most widely used one is Laser-induced choroidal neovascularization (CNV), which represents the late severe stage in the exudative form of AMD. Other models are based on several different pathogenesis, like geographic atrophy, drusen formation or multifactorial effects, like age, light, high fat, etc. It is hoped that this review could become a good reference for researchers who need to choose suitable models for AMD study.
