摘要
以玉米皮为原料提取膳食纤维并与脱脂乳混合,接入乳酸菌发酵。经调配、均质等工艺过程,制成一种新型的功能性乳酸发酵玉米膳食纤维饮料,为玉米的开发利用提供了一条有效途径。
The dietary fiber extracted from com husk was mixed with skimmed milk, and fermented by lactobacillus. After preparation and homogenization, a new type of functional beverage named the com dietary fiber beverage was obtained, so as to provide an effective way for development of com husk.
