摘要
当前世界各国都把人文素质作为本国高教改革和发展的一个重点。在我国,护理人文教育理念也得到绝大多数护理专家的认可,但现实与理念之间差距很大。通过剖析我国护理研究生人文素质培养现状,总结多年的指导经验,提出有关护理研究生的人文素质培养的几点建议。
Currently many countries emphasize humanity quality in reforming and developing higher education. In China, the notion of nursing humanity education has been accepted by most nursing experts, but the gap between reality and notion is considerable. This article presents same suggestions on cultivating humanity quality for nursing postgraduates by analyzing the current situation and summarizing the achievements of many years research.
