摘要 目的利用结构方程模型探讨成都市学龄儿童感觉统合失调的影响因素,为学龄儿童感觉统合失调的干预提供科学依据。方法采用儿童感觉统合评定量表、Rutter儿童行为问卷及自制的影响因素调查表对656名8~13岁儿童进行调查,建构感觉统合失调影响因素的结构模型。结果结构方程模型拟合结果良好,能解释的变异为38%。影响因素按效应系数排序为:学校的影响(0.31)、行为问题(-0.30)、围生期因素(0.16)、父母文化(0.15)、性别(-0.08)和儿童年龄(0.07)。结论感觉统合失调受到多种因素的影响,其结果受到结构方程模型较好的支持。 Objective To set up the structural model about affecting factors of sensory integration dysfunction among school-aged children, and to provide evidence for the intervention. Methods A total of 656 children aged 8-13 years from primary schools were investigated with Sensory Integrative Scale, Rutter Children's Behavior Questionnaire by Parents and a self-designed questionnaire, The structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The structural equation model fitted the data well and could explain 38 % of the variance, The influencing factors ranked as follows: influence of school (0. 31 ), behavior problem ( -0. 30 ), perinatal period ( 0. 16 ), cultural level of parents ( 0. 15 ), gender ( - 0. 08 ) and age of children (0.07). Conclusion Sensory integration dysfunction is influenced by multiple factors, which is well supported by structural equation model.
