摘要
目的了解河北师范大学大学生自我接纳状况,为大学生健康教育提供依据。方法采用自我接纳问卷、领悟社会支持量表、安全感量表、信任量表和简易应对方式问卷,对河北师范大学1196名本科生进行调查。结果大学生总体自我接纳(41.17±5.80)处于中等偏上水平。在总体自我接纳上,恋爱学生高于未恋爱学生,独生子女高于非独生子女,城市学生高于农村学生。在自我评价因子上,性别和专业之间存在交互作用(P=0.000)。大学生的自我接纳与信任、安全感、社会支持、应对方式有显著性相关。结论大学生的自我接纳受性别、年级、专业、是否恋爱、是否独生、城乡来源等因素的影响,人际安全、确定控制、积极应对、可依赖性和可依靠性是影响大学生自我接纳的个体内部心理因素。
Objective To investigate the self-acceptance of university students, and to provide the proof for university students' sphicological helth education. Methods To investigate and analyze 1196 undergraduates with the Self-Acceptance Questionnaire( SAQ), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS), Security Questionnaire(SQ) ,Trust Seale(TS) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ). Results The overall situation of the university students' self-acceptance was above the average level. Students in love scored higher than those not in love. The students who were the only child in family scored higher than those who were not. Urban students scored higher than rural students. On factors of self-assessment,gender and major interacted with each other, The university students's self-acceptance was related distinctly with trust, sense of safety, social support and coping style. Conclusion The university students' self-acceptance is influenced by factors as gender, grade, major, love and family background etc. Personal relational safety, coping style raliability and trust are the influencing factors to university students' self-acceptance.
