摘要
目的探讨影响中小学生生活质量的因素,为儿童青少年的身心健康促进工作提供参考。方法整群抽取武汉市小学、初中学生657名,进行儿童少年生活质量量表、心理健康量表的调查,并让家长填写Conner’s儿童行为问卷及自编的学生一般情况问卷,由班主任对学生进行学习障碍筛查表的评定。结果中小学生的学习焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状及冲动倾向等心理健康问题与父亲的文化水平及家长难理解孩子等变量入选,其中除自责倾向、父亲的文化水平外,其他各因素都产生负面影响;排除与中小学生的心理健康问题的有关变量,以其他变量再次进行分析,入选的变量有学习问题、父亲的健康状况、家长难以理解孩子及学习障碍筛查量表(PRS)总分。结论中小学生生活质量受内在心理特征、外在行为表现和环境因素的影响。
Objective To explore the influential factors on quality of life(QOL) of primary and secondary school students, and to provide reference for improving their mental health. Methods Children and Adoleseents' QOL Scale, MHT, Conner' s Scale and PRS were conducted to survey a cluster sampling of 657 primary and secondary school students. Results Learning anxiety, loneliness trait, suseept/bility trait, self reproach trait, somatic symptom, impulse trait, father's education level and the parents' difficulty in understanding their children were selected for the logistic equations. With the variables about the mental problems of children and adoleseents excluded, learning problem, physical health of father, the parents' difficulty in understanding their children and the total score of PRS were selected. Conclusion Primary and secondary sehool students' QOL are influenced by psychological trait, conduct and environment.
