摘要
目的了解影响中学生心理卫生健康的主要精神压力,为开展中学生心理卫生咨询提供依据。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对本地区326名中学生调查。结果本组中学生在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子分显著高于全国中学生常模,偏执评分略低于全国常模;SCL-90十个因子中,在强迫症状、敌对、人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖和精神病性等六个因子上出现心理问题的中学生较多;64.42%的中学生有各种轻度的不良心理反应;26.69%的学生存在各种明显的心理卫生健康问题。结论应加强对中学生的心理卫生教育与辅导。
