摘要
研究APEP型可聚合乳化剂在微乳液聚合法制备农药纳米胶囊中的应用.结果表明,与传统乳化剂相比,APEP型可聚合乳化剂有较低的临界胶束浓度,而且结构中含有双键,可以参加聚合使微乳液更加稳定.讨论了APEP型可聚合乳化剂的浓度对纳米胶囊的影响,当其浓度为7.19%时,平均粒径较小,约为288.5nm.
In this paper pesticide nanocapsule was prepared with APEP- type polymerizable emulsifier. Compared with traditional emulsifier, the low Critical Micelle Concentration(CMC) of APEP and the polymerizable double bonds in its configuration can enhance the stability of microemulsion system: The influence of emulsifier content on nanocapsules were studied. A perfect nanocapsule with average diameter of 288.5nm can be obtained when the polymerizable emulsifier content is 7.19%.
