大众化阶段高等教育质量多维性探析 被引量:4

摘要 大众化阶段高等教育质量是个多维度概念,它决定了高等教育发展的多样化和特色化,决定了高等教育质量评价必须分层定位。在我国高等教育大众化进程中,要确立多样化质量观、适应性质量观和全面发展的质量观,提出要构建“社会、政府、学校外控和内控相结合”的大众高等教育质量监控体系。
