摘要
用混合溶剂提取法尝试了番茄红素的提取工艺.确定了用二氯甲烷-甲醇(V二氯甲烷∶V甲醇=2∶1)作为提取溶剂,并用标准曲线法研究了此混合溶剂提取液的定量方法,正交实验表明,最佳提取条件组合为料液比1∶6,时间为90 m in,温度为35℃.用此工艺条件对不同品系的番茄红素进行了定量研究,结果表明杂交系品种的番茄红素含量明显高于自交系品种.
Lycopene was extracted with mixed solvent in this experiment. Dichloromethane-methanol (Vdichloromethanr:Vmerhanol=2 : 1) was selected as the extraction solvent. The quantitative determination of extracted liquid was studied by using the standard curve method. The optimal condition was obtained in the orthogonal experiment,that was under the temperature of 35C, the ratio of tomato to liquid being 1 : 6 and the duration of 90 minutes. Different varieties of tomato were quantitated by using this technics. The result shows that the lycopene content in cross-bred samples was evidently higher than that of self-bred samples.
