摘要
由正常工况下的压力、辊缝等实测数据,采用“K-μ”估计方法优选出轧制压力和变形抗力公式,提出了确定钢种变形抗力参数的方法,提高了压力预报精度。优选出志田茂压力公式作为中厚板轧机的实用压力计算公式。该法由于使测不准的轧件厚度和温度成为中间变量,从而减少了测量误差。
On the basis of practical data of pressure and gap under normal rolling conditions,a formulaof pressure and deformation has been formed by“K-μ”estimation,at the same time methodfor determining the deformation resistance parameters has been also worked out.All of these im-prove the prediction of pressure in rolling a lot than before.The Sita's formula,an optimum oneis used in pressure calculation.The method by making the thickness and temperature(which aredifficult to measure accurately during rolling)as intermediate variables can reduce the tolerancesof measurement.
