摘要
观察各种随意型组织瓣的长宽比成活情况以指导其应用。将7头猪躯干和四肢,随地、随方向切取随意型筋膜皮瓣、筋膜皮下组织瓣和传统皮瓣,行荧光素钠照相,并实际测量成活长宽比。随意型筋膜皮瓣荧光照相长宽比为:1·92±0·17;实际成活长宽比1·90±0·16;随意型筋膜皮下组织瓣荧光照相长宽比为1·69±0·30;实际测量长宽比为1·67±0·12;传统皮瓣荧光照相长宽比为1·67±0·87;实际测量长宽比为1·33±0·18。三种组织瓣各自荧光染色与实际成活间无显著性差异(p>0·05);三种组织瓣成活长宽比有显著性差异(p<0·01)。荧光素染色作为皮瓣血供的测定方法,也可以用来测定筋膜皮下组织瓣的血供情况。随意型筋膜组织瓣长宽比小于轴型和链型筋膜组织瓣,大于传统皮瓣。实际应用时不应扩大长宽比使用。
To observe the ratio of the surviving length to width of random fascial pedicled flaps for its use, three types random flaps were created in 7 pigs' random place of torso and limbs with different directions. The flaps were evaluated with fluorescence examination and measurement of survival length to width. The results show that the ratio of flap survival length to width of random fasciocutaneous flap is 1.90 ± 0. 16, random adipofascial flaps' is 1.67 ± 0. 12,random skin flaps is 1.33 ±0. 18. The ratio of them in fluorescence examination is 1.92 ±0. 17, 1.69 ±0. 30 and 1.67 ± 0. 87. There are no significant deviation in the ratio of length to width of every type flap in survival and in fluorescence examination. The ratios of survival length to width of three types flaps have significant deviation(p 〈 0. 05 ). Fluorescence examination can be used for evaluating the blood supply of adipofascial flap as good as for fasciocutaneous flap and skin flap. The ratio of flap survival length to width of random fascial pedicled flaps is less than axial-pattern flap and Link-pattern flap while more than the skin flaps. The ratio of flap survival length to width should not be used in bigger than in normal.
