摘要
改革开放以来,我国实行了家庭联产承包责任制,曾表现出了强大的生命力,释放出了巨大的政策效应。然而,按照当时综合环境所设计的制度随着时间的推移和综合形势的变化,表现出了一定的不足和缺陷。本文从现状、反思与重构三个方面对改革开放以后我国农村土地经营制度作了分析。
Since the reform and opening-up,China has carried out household contract responsibility system,showing great vitality and emitting tremendous policy effects.However,with the passage of time and overall situation changes,the system,designed on the basis of integrative circumstance of the time,has displayed certain deficiencies.The paper analyzes the household contract responsibility system in rural China after the reform and opening-up from the perspectives of its status quo,introspection and reconstruction.
