摘要
农业社会化服务是推动农业现代化的关键举措。当前农业社会化服务面临“小散弱”的困境亟待提升其质效。国有企业凭借技术、资源和制度优势,通过“要素—组织—制度”的链接式农业社会化服务模式,推动技术集成创新与农业分工深化、重构农业组织方式与协作网络、优化农业服务体系与生产信任,彰显了社会责任担当。为此,国有企业应充分发挥平台型功能,整合培育先进生产要素;深化与农村集体经济协同发展,保障农业科技集成落地;聚焦科技创新与服务升级,在政策引领下优化发展环境,全面提升农业社会化服务质效。
Enhancing the quality and eficiency of agricultural socialized services is a critical measure for advancing agricultural modernization.Currently,agricultural socialized services urgently face challenges such as fragmented,decentralized,and weak operations.State-owned enterprises,leveraging technological,resource,and institutional advantages,have developed an"element-organization-system linkage model"for agricultural socialized services.This model drives integrated technological innovation,deepens labor division systems,promotes organizational transformation and collaborative network restructuring,and establishes optimized service frameworks and production trust mechanisms,thereby demonstrating social responsibility.To this end,state-owned enterprises should fully utilize platform-based functions to integrate advanced production factors,strengthen synergies with rural collective economies,focus on technological innovation and service upgrades,and optimize development environments under policy guidance.
