摘要
文章从分析干法腈纶毛条毛片的形态入手,探讨了在拉断法制条中毛片产生的主要原因,分析并提出了稳定控制长丝的强伸度,延长丝束的平衡时间等防止毛片产生的有效措施。
The paper studied the reasons of neps formation in dry-spun acrylic fibre top. To prevent neps formation, it propses some effective measures of steadily control tenacity and elongation, prolong equilibrium time of the tow.
