摘要
通过改变常规腈纶后处理工艺,包括初生纤维的水洗牵伸和丝束的拉断,探讨了影响干法腈纶毛条缩率的因素,得出了水洗牵伸比和水洗牵伸定型温度对丝束沸水收缩率和毛条的汽蒸收缩率的影响规律;拉断机的热牵伸倍数、电热板温度、制条速度和出条卷曲压力也对成品毛条汽蒸收缩率有重要影响。
This object is to study the effects of dry acrylic tow processing on bulky top shrinkage, including washdraw processing of spun rope and stretcher processing. Draw ratio and wash temperature have obvious effect on the boiling shrinkage of tow. The process parameters including heat-plate temperature, heat-plate draw ratio of stretcher, speed of stretcher and crimper pressure of stretcher have important effect on bulky top shrinkage.
