摘要
对目前国有企业绩效管理中存在的主要问题进行了分析和探讨,提出了我国国有企业实施绩效管理的有效方法。
The main problems existing in performance management in state-owned enterprises are analyzed and discussed, as well as the effective methods to implement performance management in state-owned enterprises are put forward.
