摘要
选取伊宁基准站1961—2005年历年3月1日至5月31日逐日最低气温资料,分析伊宁市终霜气候特征;利用1991—2003年历年4月伊宁基准站08时探空资料和地面观测资料,用数理统计方法建立伊宁市春季霜冻最低气温预报模型。
We selected the lowest air temperature May 31 in 1961--2005, and analyzed the latest furthermore made use of the 08h radiosound data data of Yining criterion station from Mar. 1 to frost weather characteristic about Yining city; and surface observation data in Apr. of 1991-2003 in Yining , hereby established the forecast model of spring frost lowest air temperature in Yining city with the mathematic statistics method.
