摘要
首先分析F-S火工品失效的主要原因,炸药不可逆膨胀的影响,再用二次回归法给出炸药盘密度随时间变化的统计规律。基于随机误差遵守正态分布,在给定的失效判据前提下,作出单个火工品的贮存可靠性评估。应用经典近似限法,给出21个相同火工品串联系统的可靠性估计。近年的试验结果表明,我们得到的可靠性估计是符合实际的。
The chief factor among all the failure factors of powder products are summarized as that of the non-reversible expansion of the powder products. Utilizing data of powder products in the past and applying the double regression method, the time rate of change in density is obtained. Based on a normal distribution of errors and judgement of failure of the powder products, and with an estimation of the storage reliability of a single powder product , on applying the classical approximation method,the reliability estimation of the series system of 21 F-S powder products is deduced. It is shown that the results of assessment are in good accord with test results obtained in recent years.
