摘要
以因工程延误而造成总损失最小为目标,建立采用时间间隔为分析基础的多项目施工资源动态分配模型,并针对人力资源属于整数分配的情况,提出了基于该模型的劳动力调配方法.通过实例分析,证明该模型具有很好的实用性和可操作性,为管理者提供了一种有效的管理工具.
Under the condition of multi-project construction and its resources' supply change with time, a nonlinear planning model for resources' distribution distribution the based on the model is discussed. the paper puts forward to a method of regulating based on time intervals is suggested. Manpower resources' Because manpower resources belong to integral distribution, labor intensity. Its practicability and effectiveness also discussed from an example. The results show that this model is very practical and effective, and it can offer a kind of effective management tool to administrators.
