沥青路面粘结层品种与洒布量的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对高等级公路半刚性基层沥青路面易产生反射开裂、水损害和车辙等早期损坏的问题,通过室内组合试件的大型直剪试验和渗水试验,以及现场试验路铺筑和拉拔试验,以改性沥青粘结层的品种和洒布量为试验指标,进行了稀浆封层、SBS改性沥青、胶粉改性沥青和环氧改性沥青4种方案的试验路对比验证.结果表明,胶粉改性沥青和环氧改性沥青粘结层的抗剪强度与洒布量呈单峰抛物线关系,确定了最佳洒布量;同时,改性沥青粘结层具有优良的抗裂、防水和粘结性能,其使用效果优于稀浆封层等常规处理措施;相比而言,胶粉改性沥青效果最佳,且属于环保材料.因此,采用改性沥青作为高等级公路沥青路面的粘结层或沥青桥面铺装的防水粘结层将会显著地提高路面的使用性能. Because the semi-rigid asphalt pavements for high-class nlgnway are easy to produce the questions, such as early damage, reflected crack, water damage, rut and so on, through the large-scale direct shearing test and the permeating test with the indoor combined specimen are carried out, constructing the trial road and the drawing test in the field are constructed, we perform a test study of varieties and spread quantities for the binding layer with modified asphalt( SBS modified asphalt, rubber-powder modified asphalt and resin modified asphalt in the trial road). The results show that there is a parabolic correlation with single peak between the shear strengths and the spread quantities for the binding layer of the rubber-powder modified asphalt and the resin modified asphalt, and the optimum spread quantities are determined. Meanwhile, the binding layer of modified asphalt has better crack-resistance, waterproof and binding performances than the slurry-sealed coat and other ordinary treating methods. Compared with other methods, the effect of rubber-powder modified asphalt is optimum, and it is a kind of environmetally friendly material. Therefore, it will obviously improve the pavement performances to use the modified asphalt as the binding layer for the high-class highway asphalt pavements or the waterproof binding layer for the asphalt deck pavements in bridges.
