淫羊藿对兔主动脉条收缩反应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 淫羊藿水取液使NE和KCl收缩兔主动脉条的量—效反应曲线均右移,并抑制最大效应。明显减弱NE收缩反应中内Ca^(2+)释放依赖性部分,对NE所引起的依赖细胞外Ca^(2+)的收缩比前者更强。提示淫羊藿水提取液可抑制细胞膜上电位依赖性Ca^(2+)通道,同时对受体控制性Ca^(2+)通道抑制作用更强。 Herba epimedii ( HE ) nonparellelly shifted norepinephrine ( NE ) or potassium chloride ( KC1 ) dose -response to the right, and restrained the maximal response. HE obviously weakened the intracellular calcium - dependent component and much more strongly weakened the extracellular calcium - dependent component. The results showed that HE could inhibit potential -dependent calcium channel and receptor operated channel.
