硬腭两维牵张成骨的动物实验研究 被引量:3

The design and experimental study in vitro on 2-D expansion appliance for palate bone distraction osteogenesis

摘要 目的:通过手术建立犬腭裂实验动物模型,探讨应用自行设计制作的腭骨外固定两维牵张器关闭硬腭骨裂隙和后退腭骨的可行性。方法:选择7只年龄在1~1.5岁的健康杂种犬作为研究对象。并采用随机分组的方法抽取2只为对照组,其余5只作为实验组。通过手术制造10mm×25mm的人工腭裂模型,观察对照组能否自然愈合。在实验组采用自行设计制作的硬腭两维骨牵张器,通过骨牵张关闭裂隙并延长硬腭骨,观察牵张过程。结果:实验犬术后均成活、健康状况良好,实验组牵张器固定牢靠,顺利关闭约10mm的间隙,硬腭骨延长约12mm,对照组裂隙无明显变化。结论:设计的硬腭两维牵张器,具有稳定可靠的牵张作用,可以同时关闭裂隙和延长硬腭骨,为修复腭裂提供了一种新的途径。 Objective To explore the feasibility of establishment an canine cleft palate model and palate bone distraction osteogenesis in canine to close cleft palate and extend hard palate bone by 2-Dimensional expansion appliance. Methods Seven dogs range from 1 -1.5 years were underwent 10 mm×25mm palate osteotomy to produce artificial canine cleft palate model. They were assigned randomly to two groups. The experimental group contained 5 dogs that were performed 2-Dimensional palate bone DO to close cleft palate and extend hard palate. The state of cleft and osteogenesis of palate bone were observed and studied. The other 2 dogs without treatment was experimental control group. They were performed euthanasia after 8 weeks. Results All dogs were in good condition in experiment period. The shape and width of the cleft palate kept almost the same as it was made on control dogs. In experiment group, the expansion appliance were fixed stably. The clefts were closed completely, at the same time, the hard palates were extended 12 mm. Conlusion The designed 2- Dimensional expansion device can be used to stably and successfully distract palate bone to close cleft palate and lengthen hard palate in canine. It is a new method to treat cleft palate and velopharyngeal incompetence.
