镍钛记忆合金在口腔颌面部牵引成骨技术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 牵引成骨技术近年来开始应用于口腔颌面部缺损的修复和颅面畸形的矫治。现有的牵引装置多数外置,既影响美观又容易感染,而且价格昂贵,很多学者开始探索一种更轻的、内置的和自动化的牵引装置。镍钛记忆合金丝以其优良而独特的生物机械学特性成为自动牵引器的首选材料。该文介绍了镍钛合金丝应用于口腔颌面部组织缺损和颌面部畸形治疗的初步研究。
