摘要
对河套蜜瓜乙烯生成中IEC、ACC含量、EFE活性研究表明,三者变化趋势一致.其中ACC含量峰值与IEC峰值同时出现;EFE活性升高与峰值出现先于ACC含量.乙烯利处理呼吸跃变前后果实试验表明,外源乙烯可启动和促进乙烯的合成,EFE和ACC合酶都为该种甜瓜乙烯合成中的诱导酶和限速酶.利用果胶降解物处理果实的初步研究表明,果胶降解物可明显促进EFE活性,但没有测到IEC.
IEC (internal ethylene concentration)、ACC(1 aminocyclopropane 1 carboxylic acid) content、EFE(ethylene forming enzyme) activity were investigated in ethylene production of Cucumis melo cv Hetao fruit.Their change tendency was same.The peak of ACC content appeared in same time with IEC peak;EFE activity increased and its peak appeared in front of ACC content.The fruit ahead or behind respiratory climacteric was conducted with ethrel.The results indicated that exoethylene could start and promote ethylene production,EFE and ACC Sythase were both induced enzymes and limit enzymes in ethylene production of muskmelon fruit.The hydrolysate of pectin was used to conduct fruit.The result indicated that the hydrolysate could promote EFE activity,but IEC of fruit wasn′t found.
