摘要
网络环境下的图书馆读者服务工作呈现服务手段现代化、服务内容多元化、服务对象社会化、服务模式多维化的特点。网络信息资源打破了传统图书馆的模式,网络环境下的高校图书馆读者服务工作也必须不断探索新思路,开拓新领域,不断提高读者服务工作的质量和水平。
The reader service in library under the network environment has taken on the characteristics of modem service means, pluralistic service content, pluralistic service objects and multidimensional service pattern. The network information resource breaks the pattern of traditional library. The reader service in a college library under the network environment should keep exploring new ideas and new fields and improving the reader service quality.
