摘要
针对高职院校图书馆读者服务工作中存在的问题,探讨了做好读者服务工作的主要途径,如实行人性化管理、提高流通部门馆员的素质、加强文献导读工作和扩展文献检索课教学内容、做好流通统计工作以及拓展图书馆服务内容等。
In the light of the problems existing in the service for readers of the libraries of the higher-vocational colleges and universities, this paper probes into the main paths of doing well the service for readers such as carrying out the humanistic management, improving the quality of the librarians of the circulation section, strengthening the reading guidance of the literatures, expanding the teaching contents of the document retrieval course, doing well the circulation statistic work, and adding the contents of library ＇ s service, etc.
