摘要
本文探讨了法国社会学家杜尔克姆“有机团结”理论,并运用这一理论的社会学洞察力分析教师专业共同构建中需要注意的两个维度——专业发展的维度和关系连结的维度,并考量了实现教师专业共同体“有机团结”的路径,以期从社会学角度对教师专业共同体的和谐发展做出另一种思考。
The paper discusses the Durkheim's social organic solidarity theory. And it make use of the sociological insight to analyze the two dimensions we should pay attention to when constituting a teacher professional community, professional development and relation solidarity. Basing on the discuss, the paper also examines the paths we realize the organic solidarity in teacher professional community.
