摘要 介绍了基于IGBT模块的工业缝纫机的主电路设计过程及其工作原理。主电路由辅助电源电路、驱动电路、保护电路组成。并设计了以80C196MC单片机为核心的控制系统,来控制工业缝纫机电机的运动和实现包括LCD显示、EEROM数据存储等功能,达到了设计要求。实验结果验证了该方案的可行性。 Introduces the working principles and design processes of the hardware circuit of industrial sewing machine, which based on the IGBT module. The hardware circuit comprises the assisting power circuit, the driving circuit and the protective circuit. In addition, the control system with the chip of 80C196MC as its core was designed to control the movement of motors in industrial sewing machine and to carry out functions like LCD displaying, EEROM data storing, etc, which, meets the design needs. The result of the experiment also proved the feasibility of this scheme.
