8 0C196MC单片机是专为交流电机调速设计的 ,它产生的SPWM波形可直接驱动变频器的 6个开关元件 ,实现变频调速。本文讨论了由 80C196MC和智能功率模块IPM组成的SPWM变频调速系统。
SPWM wave of 80C196MC singlechip which is designed for AC motor can do SPWM frequency conversion regulating though driving the 6 switch components of transformer. This paper discusses the SPWM frequency conversion regulating system formed with 80C196MC and IPM intellective power model.
