摘要
采取文献调研与开放式调研相结合的方法,对我国企业创造性组织情境因素的内容与结构进行探索,提出领导支持、组织鼓励、任务挑战与资源充沛是影响员工创造性的主要因素;编制符合中国国情的《创造性组织情境调查问卷》,并对该问卷的心理测量学指标进行检验;同时探讨问卷编制过程中存在的问题与不足,为进一步的研究提供方向。
The present study explored the construct of the creative situation in Chinese enterprises. The result shows that the construct consists of four factors, i. e. , support of leaders, encouragement of organization, challenge of tasks, and abundance of resources. We also developed "The scale of creative situation" with good construct validity and internal reliability. And the deficiency is discussed in the article.
