市场本身的缺陷及各种非市场因素对企业战略的影响越来越大,企业的非市场战略正在成为战略管理研究的重要内容。在论述西方的非市场战略研究涉及的非市场、非市场环境等基本概念及其影响,分析政治战略、社会公众战略等战略类型、以及一般性非市场战略内容与模式等问题的基础上。探讨建立我国企业的非市场战略体系。
The market defect and various non - market factors influencing on the enterprise development make the non - market strategy more and more important in the research of strategic management. In the west academic strategy research area, non - market strategy research involves some basic concepts exploration such as non - market and non - market environments, the influence discussions of these concepts, the analysis of political strategy and public strategy, and general non -market strategy content and model analysis. For Chinese enterprises, non - market factors has given important influences upon their competition both in home and abroad market. It is necessary to draw on the experience of the west and set up Chinese enterprises' own non - market strategy system.
