摘要
目的:验证遍地金提取物治疗轻中度抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:采用自身用药前后对照的方法,对31例抑郁症患者给予遍地金提取物胶囊900 mg(>65岁者初始剂量600 mg),3次/d,治疗时间均为8 w。疗效评定采用HAMD17及HAMA量表,安全性评价应用TESS量表及实验室检查。结果:治疗结束时,HAMD减分率为62.60%,其中临床治愈2例,显著进步23例,进步4例,无效2例,总有效率为93.55%。13例发生轻度不良反应,但不需特殊处理。结论:遍地金提取物具有良好的抗抑郁作用,不良反应轻,安全性高。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Hypericum wightianum extract on treatment of depression. Methods. 31 cases were enrolled in this trial and were given H. wightianum extract 900 nag （initial dose was 600 rag for over 65 years subjects） twice a day for 8 weeks. The therapeutic effects were evaluated with Hanmilton＇s Depressive Scale（HAMD） and Hamilton anxiety（HAM-A） before and after the therapy 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. The safety of this medicine was evaluated with scales of TESS and some laboratory examinations. Results： By the end of therapy, the HAMD scores of 62, 60% of the subjects decreased and the total effective rate was 93. 55%. Only mild adverse reaction were observed in 13 cases without especial treatment. Conclusion： H. wightianum extract is of anti - depressive effects and can be used safely.
