摘要
目的 :评价应用加替沙星与左氧氟沙星注射剂治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的成本 -效果 ,促进合理用药 ,降低医疗费用。方法 :利用已有文献资料 ,运用药物经济学成本 -效果分析方法 ,对加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿生殖系统感染进行药物经济学评价。结果与结论 :两组方案治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的临床有效率、治愈率无显著性差异 ,但加替沙星组的细菌清除率优于左氧氟沙星组 ,但左氧氟沙星组的成本 -效果比优于加替沙星组。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate cost-effectiveness of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin injections in the treatment of urinary system infections, in order to provide rational use of the drugs, and lower treatment cost. METHODS: Using literatures at home and abroad and pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis, the two quinolones drugs in the treatment of urinary system infections were made an evaluation.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: There is no obvious difference between these two projects in clinical effective rate and cure rate of the treatment of the urinary system infections.Bacterial clearance rate of gatifloxacin is superior to that of levofloxacin, but cost-effectiveness ratio of levofloxacin is superior to that of gatifloxacin.
