摘要
提出了提升理工科博士生科技伦理素养的重要性和必要性。区分了内部伦理和外部伦理,分析了科技伦理素养缺失的九种表现形式,并从文化、制度和教育层面探讨了相应的路径。
This article presents the importance of ethic of science and technology diathesis for science Ph D candidate, and distinguishes the two ethics between inside ethic and outside ethic. Also, it analyses that science Ph D candidate is lacking in ethic of science and technology diathesis and shows nine bad styles. Finally improving means are put forward from the following aspects culture, rule and education.
