摘要 目的探讨细胞色素芳香化酶(P450arom)及环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者异位及在位子宫内膜组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测内异症患者在位及异位子宫内膜及对照组正常子宫内膜中P450arom,COX-2的表达情况。结果P450arom在内异症患者异位及在位子宫内膜中均有强表达,正常子宫内膜无表达,增生期、分泌期差异无显著性(P>0.05)。COX-2在内异症患者异位及在位子宫内膜亦有强表达,增生期、分泌期差异无显著性(P>0.05);正常子宫内膜弱表达,分泌期表达强于增生期(P<0.05)。P450arom与COX-2在异位内膜中的表达呈正相关。结论内异症组织中芳香化酶、COX-2的高表达可能是病变发生发展的重要因素,因此,抑制芳香化酶及COX-2活性可为内异症治疗提供新靶点,对在位内膜芳香化酶的检测也可能成为内异症辅助诊断的重要手段。 Objective To study the expression and significance of aromatase cytochome P450(P450arom) and cyclooxygenase - 2 in the eetopie and eutopie endometrium of women with endometriosis. Methods The expression level for P450arom and COX -2 was determined by immunohistochemistry in 30 ovarian endometriosis patients and 30 normal individuals as control. Results The expression of P450arom and COX - 2 in the eetopie and eutopie endometrium of women with endometriosis was strongly positive, whereas the level of COX - 2 was low and no expression of P450arom was found in the normal endometrium. The expression of P450arom and COX - 2 in the eetopie and eutopie endometrium was not correlated to menstrual phase. The expression of COX -2 in the secretory phase was significantly higher than that in the proliferative phase in normal endometrium. Conclusion High level expression of P450arom and COX - 2 may be closely related to the invasion and progression of endometriosis. Inhibition of the activity of P450arom and COX - 2 may be used as a novel method for treatment of endometriosis, Determination the expression of P450arom may be conducted for the diagnosis of endometriosis.
