摘要
通过摩擦磨损试验、X射线衍射分析和电子探针分析等,研究电沉积Ni-P-Si3N4复合镀层的摩擦磨损机理及其与结构和力学特性的关系.结果表明,在干摩擦条件下,复合镀层中的Si3N4微粒能有效降低摩擦副之间的粘着脱落和犁沟效应;在油润滑条件下,复合镀层中Si3N4微粒起到支承载荷作用,同时有利于边界润滑膜的形成,避免粘着磨损.
In this paper, the structure, machanical character and the mechanism of friction and wear of Ni P Si 3N 4 composite electrodeposit were studied by means of friction and wear experiments, X ray diffraction and EMPA techniques. The results indicate that in the condition of dry friction, adhesion dropping and plowing effect between the friction pairs are affectively decreased by Si 3N 4 particles in the composite electrodeposit. In the condition of oil lubrication, Si 3N 4 particles in the composite electrodeposit support load in the mean time. The formation of the boundary lubrication film becomes easy, and adhesion wear is avoided. Si 3N 4 particles content in the composite electrodeposit is important to increase the antiwear ability of the composite electrodiposit.
