摘要
双语教学是高校教学改革的重要内容,越来越受到各高校的重视。新建本科院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在双语教学发展方面存在着理念和师资等问题。提高对双语教学的认识、制定科学规划、引进和培养合格双语教师是改进新建本科院校双语教学的现状的基本对策,对更好地开展新建本科院校的双语教学有一点的促进作用。
With the fast development of Open Policy and higher education in our country, the bilingual teaching has become an important content in the reform of our higher education and it has been paid much attention to for many colleges and universities. Newly - built colleges and universities have grown into the strong forces in our higher education, but they are faced with a lot of problems on the conducting bilingual teaching. This paper briefly reviews the significance to start bilingual education teaching as well as its status quo in newly - built colleges and universities. Lastly, in order to solve the problems, some practical measures are proposed to solve the current problems in detail.
